Tuomas Tahko

The Metaphysica journal has been active for over 15 years, now published by De Gruyeter: https://www.degruyter.com/journal/key/mp/html?lang=en

It may not be particularly highly regarded, but it does publish some good work and specialises in analytic metaphysics.

I think Oxford Studies in Metaphysics would be considered a specialist journal in metaphysics. Not sure how you publish there, though. At least some of the 'Oxford Studies' journals require acceptance at a particular conference.

Just a few clarifications about the journal Metaphysics' submission policies:

Metaphysics (https://metaphysicsjournal.com/) is an open-access, peer-reviewed online journal publishing current research in the field of metaphysics. It is established and administered by the Metaphysics Collaborative (https://www.metaphysics.ca/), an international organization founded in 2015 whose purpose is to facilitate collaboration among metaphysicians worldwide. The journal focuses on topics in contemporary metaphysics and the history of metaphysics on thematic topics that engage with the Aristotelian and neo-Aristotelian traditions. Articles may only be submitted for review after having been presented at workshops organized by the Metaphysics Collaborative, or by special request from the editorial board. Recently, the journal has begun issuing annual calls for papers and accepts submissions that engage with the topics specified there. Questions concerning the journal’s submissions policy can be directed to the co-editors in chief (kathrin.koslicki@unine.ch, mike@raven.site).
