I love this! Especially the part about not allowing yourself to do anything above and beyond opening the file. This might help me with a holding pattern of my own. Thanks.


I do something like this for R & R's--I take the first day just to read the comments. I'm not even allowed to think about them. Reading them takes courage enough.
