Great recent ethics papers?

What are some of your favorite ethics papers published in the last year-or-so?

Marcus recently asked a similar question about must-read articles or books, and there are some excellent ideas in that thread. But I'm thinking that the Cocoon might also benefit from an additional thread specifically focused on recent papers in ethics.

(I do have an egoistic reason for this request: In the Spring, I'll be organizing a faculty reading group devoted to recently published ethics papers. The group is diverse in terms of interests, so I'd like to have a diverse list of readings for semester.)
